Merge branch 'ref-abstract'

* ref-abstract:
  Optimize RefAdvertiser performance by avoiding sorting
  branch: Add -m option to rename a branch
  Replace writeSymref with RefUpdate.link
  Rewrite reference handling to be abstract and accurate
  Create new RefList and RefMap utility types
