Fix bug in PerformanceLogContext
PerformanceLogContext threw NullPointerException when multiple threads tried to add an event to the PerformanceLogContext. The cause for this is that the ThreadLocal was initialized only in the class constructor for the first thread; for subsequent threads it was null. To fix this initialize eventRecords for each thread.
