LfsServerText: Fix formatting of invalidPathInfo message

The message is formatted as:

Invalid pathInfo '/abc' does not match '/{SHA-256}'

but should be:

Invalid pathInfo: '/abc' does not match '/{SHA-256}'

(i.e. including a colon) to be consistent with other messages.
