PackWriter: Fix Eclipse errors about missing Javadoc
Change If72b4b422 added a new method filterAndAddObject with a partial Javadoc, which causes errors in Eclipse. Since it's a private method, Javadoc is not strictly necessary, so just convert it to a standard comment block.
