Clean-ups: * Try to improve javadoc. * Remove blindly copy-pasted "@since 6.1" annotations. * Get rid of private method nonNullNonBareRepo(); it's not needed. * Simplify method nonNullRepo(), and annotate as @NonNull. * Rename setInCoreFileSizeLimit() to getInCoreFileSizeLimit().
