This breaks all existing callers once. Applications are not supposed
to build against the internal storage API unless they can accept API
churn and make necessary updates as versions change.

args4j 2.0.21 is not yet available on Maven central, hence compile
against 2.0.12 and package 2.0.21 until 2.0.21 has been published on
Maven central.

It stopped working when we moved to the Eclipse foundation's Gerrit
server since it doesn't use the Gerrit internal user store but LDAP.
Instead, since 2.0, we use the Eclipse foundation's automatic IP log
generator [1] to generate IP logs for releasing jgit and egit.

The org.eclipse.jgit.orbit.feature introduced recently in order to
install 3rd party Orbit dependencies is a too coarse grained approach
and has the effect to install some dependencies only needed for
org.eclipse.jgit.pgm when installing org.eclipse.jgit.feature.
Hence include the required 3rd party bundles into the respective jgit
features directly in order to avoid this problem.

Add a new feature for the 3rd party dependencies jgit needs and include
this in org.eclipse.jgit.feature. This ensures that the jgit p2
repository is self-contained and downstream consumers don't need to find
the dependencies elsewhere. We don't add the jetty dependencies needed
to install the test feature org.eclipse.jgit.junit since this is only
used by egit tests.

This reverts commit 24a0f47e32 and
updates JGit dependencies to use the latest available Jetty 7.x
release. We can't use Jetty 8.x since it depends on Servlet API 3.0
which requires Java 6 but JGit still wants to support Java 5.
Use one of the target platforms defined in
Ibf67a6d3539fa0708a3e5dbe44fb899c56fbd8ed to work with that in Eclipse.

Due to Tycho bug 368596 we didn't package the correct JGit source bundle
anymore. Instead of sources it contained the binary bundle. As a
workaround fall back to use packaging type eclipse-update-site which
doesn't seem to have this problem.

Tycho 0.14.1 enforces that artifactId and feature/bundle SymbolicName
must match, hence follow recommended migration practice and change
groupId of feature projects in order not to change the feature names as
this would require a feature migration.
Also migrate the p2 repository build from the deprecated packaging type
eclipse-update-site to packaging type eclipse-repository.

Introduce a http test bundle to make this functionality available for
EGit tests. A simple http server class is provided. The jetty version
was updated to a version that is also available via p2 (needed in EGit
UI tests).

The Eclipse Foundation requires the standard SULA be present
in every feature. We had the license present via edl-v10.html
but we were missing the SULA via the license.html file. The
fix is to simply add the SULA.

EGit Tycho builds on build.eclipse.org frequently hit corrupted artifacts
which leads to broken builds. Cleaning up these corrupted files is tedious
since it requires file system access on the build server. Hence we want to
switch to use job-local m2 repositories. This requires that build artifacts
are shared between the jgit and egit build jobs via p2. Therefore the
bundle org.eclipse.jgit.junit needs to be exposed via p2 repository.

The JSch bundle in Eclipse 3.4 does not export its packages with
version numbers. Use Require-Bundle on version 0.1.37 that comes
with Eclipse 3.4
There is no 0.1.37 in the maven repositories so the pom still refers
to 0.1.41 so the build can get the compile time dependencies right.

Technically our project name is "JGit", not "Java Git". In fact
there is already another project called "JavaGit" (no space) that we
don't want to become confused with. Ensure we always call ourselves
"JGit" in user visible assets, like the bundle name.
Other Eclipse products list their provider as "Eclipse.org",
not "eclipse.org". So list ourselves that way in all of our
plugin.properties files.

Translate the version qualifier using maven-antrun-plugin since we want
manifest-first and currently cannot rely on Tycho for the JGit build.
Introduce property for Eclipse p2 repository to enable builds against
other Eclipse versions.
