Matthias Sohn cfdb09e9db Use commit message best practices for Mylyn Commit template 
We should use a template for Mylyn commit messages that matches with our
guidelines for commit messages.

Matthias Sohn 767fb175ed Fix line endings 
Some sources had dos line endings. Also configure all projects to use
unix line endings and UTF-8 text encoding.
