Matthias Sohn 767fb175ed Fix line endings 
Some sources had dos line endings. Also configure all projects to use
unix line endings and UTF-8 text encoding.

Matthias Sohn f245579820 Maven 3/Tycho build for JGit feature

- Define a separate JGit feature.
- As of now create a separate JGit update site and zip it.
