Generating the src list with an unrestricted wildcard causes all
files in the source tree to be included. This results in junk files
such as .orig (generated during merge conflict resolution) to be
included, which causes in a build error:
in srcs attribute of java_library rule //org.eclipse.jgit:jgit:
file '//org.eclipse.jgit:src/org/eclipse/jgit/gitrepo/RepoCommand.java.orig'
is misplaced here (expected .java, .srcjar or .properties).
Modify the globs to only include Java source files.

Add bazel build for ui and junit.http, and the test packages.
A number of different test labels are supported:

To run all tests:
bazel test //...
To run specific tests, using labels:
bazel test --test_tag_filters=api,dfs,revplot,treewalk //...

Since the introduction of generic type parameter inference in Java 7,
it's not necessary to explicitly specify the type of generic parameters.
Enable the warning in Eclipse, and fix all occurrences.

Set missingOverrideAnnotation=warning in Eclipse compiler preferences
which enables the warning:
The method <method> of type <type> should be tagged with @Override
since it actually overrides a superclass method
Justification for this warning is described in:

Enabling this causes in excess of 1000 warnings across the entire
code-base. They are very easy to fix automatically with Eclipse's
"Quick Fix" tool.
Fix all of them except 2 which cause compilation failure when the
project is built with mvn; add TODO comments on those for further
investigation.

Construct the java_application JAR wrapped with the shell script
header. This is enough to clone a repository over HTTPs:
$ buck build :jgit_bin
$ buck-out/gen/jgit_bin/jgit_bin clone https://...

This was done for ConsoleCredentialsProvider earlier, we need the
AwtCredentialsProvider for debugging jgit command line since there is no
console in Eclipse. Hence also add support for .netrc here.

In 6c1f739388 the AWT based credentials
provider was dropped because we don't support Java 5 any longer so we
can always use the ConsoleCredentialsProvider which requires Java 6.
This broke debugging org.eclipse.jgit.pgm since Eclipse doesn't support
using a system console authenticator [1].

Since we updated minimum Java version to Java 7 the console bundle
doesn't need to be a separate bundle anymore. Move the contained classes
to the pgm bundle which is using these classes.

Multiplying by 0.9 and converting back to float is slightly more
complicated and achieves the same effect as multiplying by the float
0.9f directly.

If the text extent height of a to be rendered plot line is odd, then the
SWTPlotRenderer cannot calculate the correct Y position for drawing the
label and draws the label with a 1 pixel offset. SWT text drawing uses
the baseline as Y coordinate. Due to the given centerline API in the
AbstractPlotRenderer the overall calculation of the baseline for SWT is
effectively (height / 2) * 2, thereby rounding all odd heights downward
to the next even number.
This change pushes the division by 2 from the caller into the
implementations of drawText. A corresponding change will be pushed in
the egit repository.

Making the methods static would gain little in performance,
make the code harder to change. Removing unncessary warnings
is more important.
