David Pursehouse	a46bc16a9f	Add API filter for usage of FileRepository in test classes ... FileRepository is in the package org.eclipse.jgit.internal, and is thus non-API. This causes warnings in Eclipse when FileRepository is used. Add a filter to prevent the warnings.
