Bump upper end of range to 2020.
These copyright notices are user-facing; they're visible in several
dialogs in Eclipse. It is strange or even misleading to see a copyright
notice for JGit saying "2005, 2010" when there have been *many*
developments in the past ten years.

Purpose of the next branch is preparation of breaking changes before
we know when we will release it. Bump the version to the next major
release 6.0.0-SNAPSHOT in order to prevent build results compete with
build results from the version currently used on the master branch
(5.7.0-SNAPSHOT).

We do include httpcomponents.httpclient, but that depends on
commons.codec. By including it here we can ensure that the version
needed is indeed available.

This is the Orbit version for 2019-12 M2.
We tried earlier to update to Ant 1.10.7 but had to revert this since
there were issues with the previous artefact version in Orbit.

Update target platforms, maven and bazel builds to use sshd 2.2.0.
Adapt internal classes to changed sshd interfaces and remove previous
work-arounds for asking repeatedly for key passwords and for loading
keys lazily; both are now done by sshd.

Same version as used in the latest Eclipse platform. Updating the
JGit target platform results in the new JSch version being included
in the JGit feature in the p2 repo, and thus ultimately in the EGit
update site.

Add dependencies from source to binary features and enforce the same
version. Restrict the dependencies between binary features by version,
too.
Adapt the version.sh script to properly replace these version numbers.

This also includes a change to generating the jgit CLI jar. Shading is
no longer possible because it breaks the signature of BouncyCastle.
Instead, the Spring Boot Loader Maven plug-in is now used to generate an
executable jar.
