stage2: improve debugging tools

llvm: dump failed module when -femit-llvm-ir set
print_air:
 * print fully qualified name
 * use Type.fmt and Value.fmtValue, fmtDebug is useless

TypedValue
 * handle anon structs and tuples
 * fix bugs
