* cast sendto to SendError inside send

* remove WouldBlock from SendToError

* add missing ENOTCONN mapping

* remove SystemResources duplicate

* move NetworkUnreachable to SendError

* add NetworkSubsystemFailed to SendError

* Use zig's implicit error set casting
