Motiejus Jakštys d7c59f6f33 verbose_air: add callback_count canary to detect skipped sema 
Defense-in-depth for the cache_mode fix: track how many times the
verbose_air_callback fires and fail the test if C sema produced
functions but the Zig callback was never invoked.
