Previously `@as(i64, undefined) +% 1` would produce `@as(@TypeOf(undefined), undefined)` which now gives `@as(i64, undefined)`. Previously `@as(i64, undefined) +| 1` would hit an assertion which now gives `@as(i64, undefined)`.
