syncthing: copy/backup ~/.cache/evolution/mail

Good enough for email backups. Openable with neomutt with minimal
setup:

$ mkdir -p x/cur; cd x
$ cp -s ~/.cache/evolution/mail/*/folders/Debian/cur/*/* cur/
$ neomutt -f .
```
