fugitive.vim 3.5

* Lazy initialization.
* Make status buffer diff retrieval asynchronous.
* Support jump to diff from :Git log --name-status.
* Use smudge filters when viewing blobs.
* Provide User FugitiveEditor event.
* Provide FugitiveRemote() API function.
