upgrade zig, add aarch64
...
- upgrade zig to 0.8.1
- add preliminary aarch64 support. I don't have an aarch64 machine to
test this with, so landing as-is. However, this will be used as an
upstream repository, so hopefully the issues, if any, will flow in.
