Andrew Kelley f1f998e071 improve cmpxchg ...

* remove @cmpxchg, add @cmpxchgWeak and @cmpxchgStrong
   - See explanations in the langref.
 * add operand type as first parameter
 * return type is ?T where T is the operand type
