Michael Dusan d554070de1 self-hosted: use fs.selfExePathAlloc 
- add fs.selfExePathAlloc
- use fs.selfExePathAlloc instead of fs.selfExeDirPathAlloc
- remove redundant code from fs.selfExeDirPath
